Job description
- Efficiently manage service delivery through order administration processes
- Maintain systems with accurate, up-to-date information
- Support project managers in remote implementation tasks
- Prepare invoice details according to customer billing schedules
- Monitor and create non-standard quotes for varied projects
- Oversee relocations and modifications at installed remote sites
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training required
- Several years of experience in operational project management in the IT sector
- Commercial and technical understanding necessary for the role
- Experience in project development, order processing, business logistics needed
- Strong communication skills essential for effective client interactions
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, SAP expected
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
